As far as I can tell, it is not illegal to park a mobile home on the street, providing you comply with certain rules (no parking trailer unless there is a vehicle attached capable of towing it; no leaving trailer unlocked while parked; no parking overnight on a residential street).
However, it IS illegal to actually LIVE in a mobile home that is parked on a public street in New York City.
You must rent space at a mobile home park that has facilities for running water, electricity and waste disposal.
No, it is not street legal.
If your car is parked in a zone where parking is not permitted, then it is illegal. The condition of the car is irrelevant.
Can you make a 4 wheeler street legal in tennessee
Leave the car parked unlocked on a large city street overnight. The radio should be gone by morning.
a city where caravans are parked :) you're welcome
If the place where the car is parked has no policy or if the city has no ordinance forbidding it, then it is perfectly legal unless the owner of the car objects when they see the people posting the flyer on the car.
If you own a real property that abutts a privately owned street and the owners of the street died over 40 years ago and no heirs have come forward to claim the street, what are your legal rights to build or subdivide the property? The city and county was given permission to use the street for public access and no property taxes were paid to the city for the use of the street.
i know the answer to this now. sorry!
Unregistered on private property is legal Abandoned or derelict can be a different thing. The city can get after you for not keeping your yard up, the same as as if you didn't mow your lawn all summer.
Hearse is behind the Hospital in Staunton. Drive around and you'll see what looks like a station wagon parked out back opposite side of the ambulance. You have to get there from the street.
You can paint your own property. You can NOT paint any NY City street or parts thereof.
The city of Mobile is in Mobile County
