Is it legal to own a Hippopotamus in Minnesota?

For the short answer, No. For the long answer, it is only acceptable if you have the appropriate paper work that takes roughly a year to obtain. Once you have the paper work, however, there are limits to how many/ if you can even have one. I personally have trained my whole life to obtain as many Hippopotamus's as possible. I guess you could say that i have been quite successful, because now I breed them and have 26.
