Yes.
And, yes, they generally can easily get access to the base to do so. (The base commander virtually always co-operates, and then as required advises others of your apparent problems, which can have a real negative effect on your career (clearances, etc) there). To be clear, being in the military does not mean you don't have to be financially responsible for your agreements or debts. (And amoungst other things, obviously no lender would have given you a loan if your obligation to repay was going to be conditioned on where you were deployed).
Yes you can repossess if you are the soul owner. If the person whom your repossessing the car from gives you trouble, have the police meet you to witness the repossession.
when a person in the military is temporarily deployed for a year, aka being sent overseas, generally without the rest of the family
Any military person who was deployed to fight, assist or support, during WWII.
Yes. How many names are on the title and/or the loan means absolutely nothing... so long as there is a lien on that vehicle, that lienholder is the sole lawful owner of that vehicle, and can repossess it as recourse for delinquent payments.
LEGALLY, you can't repossess anything from the owner. Once that person signed the title, its half theirs. you will have to take him/her to court with probable cause, or convince them to sign away ownership. Good luck
No. The repossession agency/agent can obtain a replevin order to be served on the person to whom the vehicle is registered and if said person(s) do not comply they can be held in contempt of a court order.
The check wasnt any good sooo the truck isn't paid for. Go get your truck OR file charges against the person.
An individual looking to purchase a military vehicle or a fleet of military vehicles would have no problem getting what they are looking for at Military Vehicle Web dot com. They have a very large and varied inventory. If a person is looking to sell their military vehicle they can also offer that service.
YOU NEED TO DEFINE YOUR SECURITY INTEREST, MEANING THE COLLATERAL IS OR WAS A PART OF COMMUNITY PROPERTY. IS YOUR NAME LISTED ON THE TITLE ALONG WITH ANOTHER PERSON OR ARE YOU LISTED AS A SECURE LIEM HOLDER?
If the lein holder didn't authorize a repossession can the person of ownership take charge and collect the vehicle, even if it's paid on time but both parties on reistration are no longer in agreement?
Did you have insurance when it was wrecked???
it doesn't matter if the pope takes over your vehicle payments. if he stops making them, your credit is damaged and the vehicle is repossessed.
