Father of the Bride
No, because white is the bride's color......just like you wouldn't want someone to go to your wedding looking better than you, wearing white to a wedding says the same thing to the bride. Unless the one of wedding colors is white or the bride speficially ask you to wear white.....DON'T DO IT!?!
White dress
The mother of the bride should wear a color that corresponds with the wedding party, but not the same color, even if she is giving the bride away. She should not wear white or off-white, but she could wear the same color as the men's tuxedos.
It's a tradition! Also, it has something to do with the bride wearing white...and white flowers looks so beautiful in wedding.
Yes you can wear beige or off white to a wedding.
Black for the groom, White for the bride

If the wedding dress is white it means that the bride is pure. It was from a time when sex before marriage was wrong and so a bride should be virgin until after her wedding when she could then engage in sexual acts with her husband... hope this helped.
Wearing white to a wedding is extremely disrespectful (unless your the bride), and with a royal wedding, wearing white to the wedding would be like saying you don't care about your country
It is not etiquette to wear off white to a wedding as the bride is suppose to be the center of attention. A light tan or light peach colored dress is appropriate. Even though off-white is not as white as the bride's wedding dress it's poor etiquette.
That depends on the type of wedding she's having.
