With engine OFF, turn the heater controls to maximum heat. Remove this plug and it's compression washer, add your antifreeze mix slowly to the reservoir. When you see antifreeze come out of this port, reinstall the plug with washer. There is a small bleed bolt, I think 8mm, that needs to be loosen. It is located on the top of the thermostat housing. Add coolant until it runs freely from the bleed bolt, then tighten it. Continue to add antifreeze mix to proper level in reservoir. Install cap in reservoir and start engine. Turn heater fan on max and monitor the temp gauge. You might have to repeat the bleeding process.
