A decree of Legal Separation gives the spouses the right to live separately from each other, dissolves the conjugal partnership, awards the minor children to the innocent spouse and disqualifies the offending spouse from inheriting from the estate of the innocent spouse.
What is the main difference between Legal Separation and Annulment?
Once a Decree of Annulment has been issued by the court the parties may choose to remarry. A decree of Legal Separation allows the spouses to live separately but does not sever the bonds of marriage (remarriage is not allowed).
if you enter a relationship with someone who is not completely single you have told that person that you dont mind being with them if they are kind of sort of still with someone else and then they will always be with someone else and you will always be kind of sort of sharing them.

In my experience, separated usually means one of three things: 1) Divorce is being seriously considered, and chances of reconciliation are slim; 2) Divorce is pending, and chances of reconciliation are almost nonexistent; or 3) They say they're separated as a ruse to get you to sleep with them.
It then becomes a question of where you stand morally, and whether or not you believe they're actually separated. No one can answer this question, except you.
No. Doing so would come under the laws governing Bigamy. It is not legal to knowingly marry someone who is legally married to another. Your marriage would be invalid. The man already has a legal wife.
No. Legally separated does not mean divorced. He must actually be divorced before he is free to marry, unless he is in a place that allows plural marriages.
No the man can not be put out of the house after a separation , you will have to be legally divorced and do it if the court allows you to do so.
If he was not divorced, then he is a bigamist and can end up in jail. The marriage would be annulled and declared void.
He is not ready to divorce his wife.
With no attachments: Single Married but not in a relationship: Separated Was married but not any more: Divorced In a relationship but not married: Couple, relationship, partners, boyfriend/girlfriend In a relationship but engaged: Engaged, fiancée (woman), fiancé (man). Significant other/partner.
Your separated not divorced! Enough said already!
If a woman is legally separated and gets pregnant by another man will it automatically be the husbans due to marriage?
If the man is divorced he can. But the bible clearly states in the book of Mathew that Jehovah does not approve of a divorce unless it's under sexual immorality.
The man who made you pregnant.
yes they can but only if they are a citizen. hope that help
Your female friend is married ... end of story! Remaining friends is fine, but carrying on a relationship is cheating. If your friend is legally separated or divorced then the man should take the lead and be honest about how he feels about her. She will either want to take your relationship further or make it plain to you she would rather just remain friends.
No he can not be put on record as the father as he is not legally married to be a father. See related link regarding presumption of paternity in Michigan.
