YOU SHOULD ALWAYS HAVE YOUR DOCTOR'S APPROVAL BEFORE TAKING ANY MEDICATION DURING PREGNANCY. I HIGHLY DOUBT IT WOULD DO HARM THOUGH. IT WOULD DO MORE HARM IF YOU DIDN'T TAKE THE VITAMINS.
