how to you treat anxiety attacks?

A lot of the time if your anxiety is really high you will be placed on medication to control the attacks and lower your anxiety as it is a health issue. If you do not want to get medication to help the situation there are things you can do. Firstly when you start feeling stressed, take a minute take some deep breaths. I know it sounds far fetched but it does help! If you drink a lot of alcohol or caffeine that increases anxiety. You can try Yoga to cleanse the stress and also aerobics to get all the tension out. If your attacks are truly serious and happen often seek medical attention for it can cause hyperventilation. Best of luck!
