Sometimes it happenns but you should go to doctor if any question comes to your mind. But I'm sure that if you have your period then you cant be pregnant because its bleeding so you cant be pregnant. Still if you have any further question its better to as the doctor.

∙ 15y agoYes, it is possible to have menstrual symptoms but actually be pregnant, because the symptoms for both are very similar, such as feeling sick, headaches, sore boobs, tiredness etc. If you miss your period, you should take a pregnancy test
