Yes yu can but gotta start doing crunches for a year or two and work out alot! porbably not. but is possible!I AM 13 and i have 8 pack!

Yes there is a girl with six pack. It is possible. All you have do is work out every day and do a lot of crunches. But the 6 pack will look ugly-- a 3 pack is great on a girl but not a 6 pack.
you can still get abs berfore puberty just do crunches and soon you'll get there!
you won't get a 6 pack doing situps try doing crunches, start doing about 10 to 20 then move upto 100 or even 1000 when you feel you can do it. you should see a real difference in about 3 or 4 months.

Like they say, no pain, no gain. If you feel the burn you are getting results =) Also if you have some body fat, try to eat healthy and cut down on snacks.

its more then just crunches, as typical as it sounds you must eat a right combination of foods and sleep. Water or certain teas help too. if you do crunches you will stregthen your muscles but in order for you to see if you must remove the fat covering over top the muscles.
