The cream is a much more natural way to keep looking as good as possible than botox. It may not be quite as effective however it will do your job without having to get Botox.
It is caused by a reaction to the toxin - that makes Botox work, it should be temporary. If you are troubled by it's appearance see the doctor who gave the injection to discuss other options.
BOTOX Cosmetic procedures should be redone approximately every 3-4 months for a consistent appearance. While some patients will experience more longevity from their treatment, this is a safe average.
Referring to BOTOX patients and/or Doctors are referencing BOTOX Cosmetic Treatments. BOTOX is a protein that is injected into the face (most commonly) to relieve the appearance of certain wrinkles and lines. This is NOT a permanent solution, as the results tend to last around 6 months. The less BOTOX used in a treatment the more natural the results will look. Ideally, the Doctor would inject only into the muscles that controls the larger wrinkles, so not to overdo the process.
Botox injections do need topping up. Generally spekaing you will need a repeat treatment at around six months. It also depends on how wucik you return to your Practitioner when you see the wrinkles reappearing
You may get botox injections at the offices of dermatologists, cosmetic surgeons and medical spas. Regardless of where you go, make sure the person who is administering the botox has been botox certified.
It should also be mentioned that if the patient is currently taking antibiotics, they should forgo Botox injections until the antibiotic treatment is complete because of the chance of an adverse reaction. http://www.articlesbase.com/plastic-surgeries-articles/what-is-botox-559557.html
Each individual is different. The more you have it the less you need,so the initial visits may be 6 months then it will stretch out to 9 months then 12 to 18 months
Yes she did have botox.
BOTOX is used by patients who feel they have exceptionally prominent or too many wrinkles on their face. Although there are other uses for Botox (such as limiting sweating in the underarms when injected), wrinkle recovery is the main application for Botox. Botox itself is the brand name for a purified protein that is injected in small amounts to muscles of the face. Once injected, the protein relaxes the muscles of the face that create the wrinkles. While completely removing wrinkles is not feasible, Botox is a great method for achieving the temporary appearance of less wrinkles. Most patients visit their Doctor around every 8 months.
100 units of Botox = 4ml, therefore 25 units of Botox = 1ml and 5,000 units of Botox would equal 5,000/25 = 200ml of Botox
Botox is injected into your face with a needle to relax specific muscles on your face, to reduce the appearance of wrinkles. A face lift makes incisions in your skin to gently pull and lift the wrinkles out. Face lifts require anesthesia and significant cutting/stitching. Botox is a simple procedure without anesthetic, and with good results. But Facelift lasts longer whereas Botox should be redone every 6 months.
