Is it possible to implode a black hole or explode a star supernova and use it as a weapon?

The nearest other stars apart from the sun are light years away, so this seems very unlikely, and how could the effects be controlled? == It could be argued that the black hole has already imploded. It is a point of infinite density. How much more imploded can it get? Certainly it would make a great weapon if you could "launch" it at a stellar system you wanted to obliterate. As regards making a star go supernova, only a given type of star does that, and only then at the end of its life. If you could somehow cause this specific type star to exhaust all its nuclear fuel and reach a "mostly iron" stage very, very quickly, you could do that. But how could you speed up nucleosynthesis? And what about other stars? You might be able to get something like a supernova, but it would take some doing. The trick might be to somehow cause the star to begin to collapse in on itself (compress it) and continue to do so until it was greately compressed and continuing to try to burn fuel, then "let it go" from whatever force you had used to cause it to collapse or undergo compression and permit the star to "spring back" to a new form. It would doubtless release huge quantities of plasma, but it would not match the energy release (and the destructive power) of an actual supernova. You may be able to make a weapon by finding a way to just "blow up" a star and throw all that plasma out across the stellar system. It is difficult to imagine how anything would survive something like that. The effect on the planets would be like putting them in a Pizza oven - one set at a few tens of thousands of degrees.
