Exercise for 5 hours per day to loose 60 pounds.sounds easy.if you can't take it ,please do not force yourself.if you are too tired, stock up on health-giving foods that can help increase your odds of staying well and instantly make you feel better!
Losing weight healthilyNO it definetely ain't ok to starve yourself. that will cause weightloss in an extremely unhealthy way especially with the running part b'cos food is where we get the energy to exercise. If u want to dramatically lose weight u have 2 just eat all the correct things, all healthy options and decent portions at correct times. drink lots of water, lots of fruit and veg etc. do exercise about 20 mins afer mealtimes and a variety of exercises. playing sports is an extremely healthy and fun way of exercising as in football, Basketball, swimming, tennis and many more. The best bet to losing weight is with a strict diet which u may beable to purchase in the form of a book which should provide details of eating(how many calories 2 eat) and exercising regimes etc. well good luck, wish u all the best. Blessed girl x
Yes it is possible, but 50 pounds in 3 months is not advisable (too much).
it really can be possible if you try hard and believe that you can do it.
I would say, its almost impossible to lose that much pounds in 2 months. But if you believe in yourself then you can do it!
yes
It's possible to lose 50 pounds in 5 months if you follow a strict diet, drink a lot of water and exercise daily. Good luck. You can do this.
Yes, you can easily lose three pounds by starving. However, there are much easier ways to lose three pounds. Try cardio exercise every other day and you will soon burn off those three pounds.
get on a good diet and do a lot of cardio exercises like running or a lot of walking.
Yes it is possible, but you have to be very dedicated and watch what you eat and do cardio normally.
It would be highly inadvisable of a 158.2, 15 year old, teenage boy to attempt to lose 30-40 pounds in just a few months. It is very likely that it could cause serious medical complications.
It's not very healthy to lose or gain 20 pounds that quickly. If you want to do it safely, it should take about 3 or 4 months to reach that goal.
Elliptical machine, running, jogging, bicycling. Combine your exercise with a healthy diet :)
Yes, it is possible, but the amount of weight you lose depends greatly on your current physical condition, the amount of exercise you do per day, and your diet. With a healthy diet, and a rigorous training regimen, it should be possible to lose 15 lbs in four months.
