That's what I am asking you. How do you replace a parking brake handle on an S-10 1996 Chevy Blazer?
You buy a new car
You have to replace the parking brake handle assembly.
you have to replace the handle, there about 15 dollars. Also, you can use a pair of pliers to hold on to the brake wire, if enough is sticking out from the release position.
I believe the handle and locks are configured different. Also the locations of the screws for the armrests etc. May be able to be done but going to take some mods.
Per Haynes Repair Manual #36071, 1993-2005 Ford Ranger Pick-ups: On 1998 and later models, the interior door handle is secured by a single rivet that must be drilled out for handle removal. A rivet gun is necesssary to replace the drilled out rivet and to secure the handle in its original position. It is necessary to remove the door trim panel and watersheild for access.
Are you asking how do I handle traffic congestion and parking difficulties? With patients, that's how.
lube up the inside with wd-40 as much as possible then work it off by wiggling it from side to side
no, 2010 doorhandle is completely different... only doorhandle you you put on are 98-04
It is possible the hand/foot parking brake may be partially engaged. With the foot parking brake, you may have to pull on the release handle while simultaneously with your foot, pull back on the parking brake.
Depress the button on the parking brake handle and move the lever down
