Steer manure contains many bacteria species including E. coli. To safely use it in a garden, the manure should first be properly composted so the the temperature gets high enough to kill the bacteria.
Refrigerated butter is mostly safe. The pasteurizing process prevents bacteria in the butter, and then the high fat content is not ideal for bacterial growth. Bacteria on butter would be mostly caused by contamination with other items. For example; E. Coli on butter would be caused by cutting butter with the same knife used to cut meat containing E. Coli.

Ecoli is found in all poop. This is why it is important to wash hands after using the toilet. But do not think you are safe because you wash your hands. The door handle may be covered in ecoli because the person before you did not wash hands. If you touch the contaminated door handle, you will transfer ecoli on to your hands and who knows, maybe into your mouth 10 mins later as you eat a burger. Think Niles Crane. I always use my coat to open toilet doors. Hope this helps.
They might not be completely destroyed, since the object of pasteurization is to reduce pathogens to safe levels. These have all been found in milk:# Salmonella Typhimurium DT 104# Escherichia coli O157:H7# Campylobacter jejuni# Yersinia enterocolitica See Related Links.
If it has asphalt, or other oil-based products on the soil, you would want to clean that up. Check with your local agricultural unit to see if soil testing is available.
Yes and yes. The horse manure should be well rotted before use as fresh manure can burn stems and roots. Only if there is E.coli, which is unlikely, in the manure is there any risk.
Yes, but it is better if it has aged and ask the farmer what drenches he gave the sheep and watch out for weed seeds if it is fresh manure.
Horse manure needs to be composted for about one year before it is safe to place around plants. You compost manure in mush the same way you would anything else. Once it reaches the consistency of dirt then it's safe to use. Most people seem to have their own 'recipes' for composts.
It's safe, as long as you cook it
Depends how big your garden is and what is in it

I'm pretty sure it is but its extremely nasty and it stinks like crazy, but it depends on what you are planning to use it for.
"Patio lighting in a garden is very safe. The light bulbs do not get hot to the point where they could potentially start a fire. Also, there are no electrical cords."
No, you risk having a accident. The rack & pinion is what is used to steer the car.
Something to steer with, some thing to make it stop
after two weeks it is
In the USA, all newsprint ink is made from vegetable sources, so the paper is safe to use in the garden. I'm not sure about other countries, though.
