It shouldn't. We have two cats. We give them the leftover juice when we have tuna, and they're fine.
yes, like tuna or salmon
Feed it a fresh tuna let it curl up by the fire next to some nice milk and stroke it
cat treats, meat, tuna, and if u/the cat don't like those then put something up to your cats face and see if he/she will eat it.
It is bad to give your cat tuna mixed with moyo.I did it once and it made my cat sick. It's much better to give your cat some tuna before it is mixed with the mayonnaise, or perhaps just give them the can with the leftovers in it. A tiny, tiny bit of mayonnaise with the tuna won't hurt them, but it's just much better, safer, healthier and tastier for the cat if you give it to them without it.
It depends on the kind of cat. But I have a cat and it loves tuna.
cat
Cats usually like tuna. Get a small bit of tuna and put it under the tree. The cat will smell it and come down to the tuna. Don't sit around the bottom waiting for it or it won't come down. Just put the tuna down and walk away. Clim the tree or just throw rocks at the cat....
Yes they can. Kittens can eat any kind of fish. However, tuna gives them very little nutrients as opposed to meat, so should only be given tuna as an occasional treat. Kittens and cats are strict carnivores. They get all their nutritional needs from meat. Kittens in particular, need a lot of Protein and Fat in order to grow and develop in a healthy manner. The best cat foods are the ones with a very high meat content (labeled as Chicken, Turkey, Tuna, etc.) as the FIRST ingredient with no grains, wheat, or corn. Foods that are free of grains, corns, and wheat gluten are highly recommended as these are cheap "filler" that bulk up foods - but have no nutritional value for your kitten.
Cats can eat tuna, but should only ever eat very small amounts occasionally. Tuna alone does not have all the nutrients cats need, and human-grade tuna can be high in phosphorous and other metals that could harm a cat if fed regularly. Tuna and other fish should only ever be fed as a treat and not part of their daily diet.
Not at all. Some cheaper cans may not be as nutritious as mid priced ones and may need supplimenting or substituting. 'Designer' brands are likely to be no more nutritious than mid priced ones. It is more important to match the food to the lifestyle and age of the cat. Cats that need special diets should have the food recommended by their veterinarian.
I have a Maine coon cat, and he loves tuna. I don't think it would be bad for the cat because it is just fish.Answer:Tuna, if given in small amounts, is perfectly fine for a Maine Coon, or any other cat. However, tinned tuna should never be part of a cat's main diet as it is lacking in many vital nutrients the cat needs. Human grade tinned tuna is also high in phosphorous which could harm a cat, so it is best to give a small amount of tuna as an occasional treat.
Yes, but if the tuna is salted (salt added or in slt wter brine) the sodium content may be too great for the cat's kidneys to handle.second answerer says:Yes they sure can. lolz! my cat has before. But only when we run out of soft cat food until we go to petSmart
