BOP is for all 50 states. NOT letting you get your stuff out was dumb UNLESS they had been chasing you for a while and didn't feel you would play straight even if given a chance. Asking to get your stuff out and being refused is NOT BOP, IMHO. IF you think so, call a local attorney ASAP.
