There's really no telling. IT depends on how long you've been ramping up to that rate and how hard you're pushing each time. The stock recommendation is to leave some recovery time between workouts, so if you're going at it every day then every 2nd workout should really be fairly mild.
how many days should i do cardio
Working out 5 days a week is optimal. You should alternate strength training and cardio each day. This means days 1,3, and 5 are cardio, and days 2 and 4 are strength. Then Week 2 you do Strength on days 1,3 and 5, etc.
It would really depend how often you have two days of unhealthy eating, e.g if for a week you eat unhealthy for two out of seven days every single week, then yes It could. but if say you eat unhealthily for two days of every one - two months then the damage would be minimal if evident at all.
9 hours typically 4-5 days a week
There are 7 days in a week but only 5 days in a business week, also called a work week.
Ideally, you would need to do 5 or 6 cardio workouts a week.
It doesn't. The only 8 days a week is a Beatles song :)
Only five school days in a week.
France has only 7 days in a week, just like anywhere in the world.

A complete workout routine to lose weight includes strength training and cardio exercise. One way would be to do strength exercises for your upper body three times a week, your lower body three times a week, and an hour of cardio work six days a week. You should take one day a week off to let your body rest.
If you're out of shape, overweight, or have never tried cardiovascular exercise before, start out doing 10 to 20 minutes four or five days a week.
