Yes, facial laser hair removal is an excellent way to get rid of unwanted hair. It is far more effective and long lasting that shaving and waxing. The hair will come back less and less with every treatment.

Laser hair removal is not required it's a choice. There are other hair removal treatment aside from laser hair removal such as waxing, shaving, IPL and applying depilatory creams. Choose the treatment that works for you.

the cost depends on which part of your body you want it done on, I've had a full body treatment done for £1500 it was definitely worth it. I do highly recommend having it done, but there are some things to consider such as if you do like tanning and sitting in the sun, your going to have to put it on hold or it will cause moles when you are having the treatment and you definitely cant have any scars or tattoos whilst doing it.

Laser hair removal is a procedure that uses a high intensity light beam to damage the hair follicles that are producing unwanted hair. It is often used for facial hair growth in females and works best on darker hair that is combined with light skin. It is not a complete cure for unwanted hair since it is generally repeated several times before it is effective and requires follow up treatments in order to stay effective.

Laser hair removal does have risks associated with it, although most of them are mild and easily treated. A change in the pigmentation of the skin can temporarily make skin lighter or darker if the setting used on the laser is incorrect. This is temporary and the skin will return to the normal color after it has had time to recover. Some irritation of the skin is also possible with laser hair removal. Irritation can range from slight sensitivity in the treated area to scabbing of the treated skin. Treatment with an antibiotic cream will return the skin to normal quickly.

In rare cases, laser hair removal has caused changes in skin texture such as scarring or blistering. This is also treatable but could prevent further laser hair removal treatments.

Laser hair removal generally takes a minimum of 6 to 8 treatments to achieve a complete stop of hair growth as well as maintenance treatments afterwards to remove any growth from dormant hair follicles. The treatments are spaced 6 to 10 weeks apart in order to allow the hair growth to complete all three of the growing phases of hair. Treatments range between $200 to $1000 each, depending on the area of the body that is being treated.

If you decide on using laser hair removal to treat unwanted hair, the physician will take a detailed medical history to eliminate any conditions or medications that may cause problems with the treatment. It is advisable to avoid the sun or any sunless tanning products that will darken your skin. An existing tan from either source will need time to lighten before the treatment is given.

Depending on what type of hair removal you are currently using, you may be asked to stop using it before the treatment. Plucking, depilatories and waxing may damage follicles, making the it more likely for the treatment to fail or cause side effects.

Laser hair removal is a medical hair removal procedure that uses an intense beam of light to remove unwanted hair. The laser beam passes through the skin and into the individual hair follicles, slowing future hair growth. Laser hair removal can provide you with beautifully smooth results that last much longer than those of shaving, waxing, or plucking.

Preparing for Your Appointment

Laser hair removal requires some preparation on your part. Perhaps most importantly, you should check the credentials of the person performing the procedure. He or she should have experience with laser hair removal. If anyone other than a doctor will perform the procedure, a doctor should still supervise and be on-site throughout your treatment. Inadequate medical supervision during laser hair removal can lead to burning, blistering, and even scarring of your skin.

Secondly, in the days leading up to your laser hair removal appointment, proper Skin Care can make the difference between uneven results and smooth, hair-free skin. You should avoid waxing or plucking in the weeks before your appointment. Self-tanning and sun-exposure should also be avoided so that the contrast between your hair color and skin color is more noticeable. On the day of your procedure, avoid makeup, lotions, and other skin creams. Your skin should be clean and bare for optimal results.

Finally, you should provide your practitioner with your medical history. Some medications and treatments may increase your photosensitivity, affecting how your skin reacts to the laser. Hormones, Birth Control, antibiotics, anti-depressants, and other medications or supplements should be listed, as well as any medical treatments you have had.

Post-Laser Hair Removal

After your treatment, you may experience slight redness, swelling, and even irritation. Cool compresses can ease minor discomfort. Aloe or unscented lotions will help keep your skin moisturized. Avoid slathering on highly scented lotions or skin preparations with added ingredients such as AHAs that could further irritate your skin. If you had dense or coarse hair, you may notice a slight crusting or scabbing of your skin. This is normal and should go away within a few days.

It is essential that you protect your skin from the sun until your skin returns to normal. Use a high quality sun block with a high SPF. Results

Your results from your laser hair removal procedure can be hard to predict. Some may find significantly less regrowth after just one to two treatments, while others may need as many as four to six treatments for maximum results. Hair grows in cycles, so occasional maintenance treatments may be necessary as well.

I have invested a great deal of energy tracking down the best laser hair removal clinic in India. I had broadened body hair development and I was worn out on waxing double a month. That's right, double a month! Would you be able to trust it? Alongside being difficult, this cycle was tedious and costly. So went over Clinic Dermatech on Google and visited the center for a counsel. They gave me a free, little meeting and that is the point at which I was certain that I was going to pick them for my full-body laser hair evacuation. As I referenced, I have thick hair development, so it took a greater number of meetings than a typical body with hair would have taken. However, the final product was great. They charged me Rs. 60,00
