No.
Malala is not associated with the United States in any way.
She is a citizen of Pakistan. She was rescued, treated and kept under protection by the United Kingdom. The US have very little involvement in Malala's life.

She secretly wrote articles for the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) from Pakistan about life as a female student in an area of Pakistan under control by the Taliban who hate women getting education. New York Times of the US heard of the articles and asked the UK's BBC for permission to record a documentary with her. Permission was granted.

After the documentary, Malala was attacked by the Taliban and shot in the head.
The British Prime Minister ordered a military medical evacuation of Malala from Pakistan to the UK as the UK had better medical advances for the injuries she was suffering.
When she recovered, she was granted asylum in the UK so she could complete her education - as completing her education was her strongest desire.

She is not an agent of the US because the US has no or very little involvement in Malala's life. The majority of her western involvement is with the United Kingdom, who published her articles, rescued her, fixed her, gave her asylum and protected her. The UK's spy agency, MI6, also helped Pakistan apprehend the people responsible for the assassination attempt.

Malala is a schoolgirl who did nothing more than try to to campaign for girls to be able to get education in Pakistan and for children all over the world to get access to free education.
