No it is not a bad thing, because in my opinion if a man claims he just doesn't love her anymore then I don't believe he ever did. You don't fall out of love like that. Think about your kids, what could they ever do that you wouldn't be able to love them. Same thing, I was married and truly loved the man, still do but it has just evolved to more of a "brother sister" relationship, and as the father of my son kind of love.
If your husband has joint legal custody he can contest you moving the child form the state where you share custody
No. Moving out differs from divorcing. Moving out means a person leaves a place of residence. Sometimes a husband or wife might move out and leave the other person. The separation may be temporary or permanent. A divorce is a legal issue involving a court of law. It permanently dissolves a marriage.
Answer No.

Your husband is securing his financial future without any concern for yours. Watch out or you'll get screwed in the divorce. Yes you should be concerned. He could be spending money that is partly yours. Since he's cheating this is the time to see a lawyer and get out of this marriage. My girlfriend's husband has just left her and he has his own pharmacy business. He was going to let her have the house (big deal because he was moving in with another woman) and nothing else. Again, DIVORCE HIM NOW. Or it will be too late for you.
Aligator pit.
You have to divorce in the same state you were married in. Some states require you to divorce in the very county you were married in.
No. That would prevent people from moving on after a divorce. If she is unfit in any way you have to prove that to the court and can get a restraining order. Otherwise it's the parent the child is with who decides who the child can see or not.
To get a divorce without moving out of your house, you will need to get your spouse to move out, or reach an agreement about continuing to live (separately) in the home.
why not. If you are unemployed you can file for a divorce but hence money might be your problem but it don't stop you from moving on in life.
The Ancient Egyptians were open to divorce. Divorce simply involved moving out. Women and men were both able to divorce at will. Women kept all the money and possesions they had going into the marriage(like a pre-nup!).
Tell the other party you are moving, or postpone moving until the divorce is settled. or I'm pretty sure that you can finish all of the papers via email or mail, or phone calls. Good luck~!
