I believe if you remove the battery, you'll have better access to the fluid bottle. Probably just reach down, pull the old hose off, press a new hose on. If removing the battery doesn't give you access, perhaps coming up from underneath the car.

Hold it high to not loseing fluid when detached. Drain fluid into a clean bottle. Then remove the end by tfluid tank. Replace with new hose and clamps. Refill with new fluid or the old if clean.
