Ofcourse.
The Wii Fit miles are generally close to what you would be running if you were outdoors.
That's a fast mile. If you are fit enough to run that fast, I would say no more than 100 calories.
Yes. Running at all is good for you (period) but running/walking 2 miles a day will get you shaped up and fit. now you won't see results the first day, it may take weeks to notice anything, but you will definitly feel better after each day after running! if you run two miles a day but still eat what you want, you will probably not loose or gain weight. but if you cut out the junk food and just eat 3 full meals a day and still run 2 miles a day, usually burning about 250 calories each 2 miles, than you can definily loose at least a pound per week, that being how hard you push yourself, an how much of the extra snacks and junk food yu cut out!! but you will get the hang of it, and eventually start to loose the pounds! hope this helped! :)
i am asking not for big answers but small ones to fit on my crossword puzzle

The usual fit person should be running it in an hour or so...maybe just a tad longer. the expert runner run about a 6 minute mile...so they will be about 45min...
Yes. Parkour and freerunning are athletic sports practiced in an urban setting. You need to be strong enough to do gymnastics.
A healthy time for running the mile depends on your body type/shape and how fit you are. For some 5 minutes and 30 seconds would be considered a healthy time. For others 9 minutes and 40 seconds would be considered healthy. Comparing to others is considered unhealthy, only compare to yourself. The fastest mile ever ran was 3 minutes and 53 seconds, the longest mile ever actually ran (non stop) is probably 20 minutes!
That is 1.609 km
Depends on the Jeep model...
Exactly 1,760 .
