Two answers here:

Dietary fats are made of compounds called trigylcerides. Triglycerides are esters of glycerol and fatty acids. Now, glycerol itself is not actually a carbohydrate, though it is chemically kind of similar, and esterified glycerol is not exactly the same thing as glycerol anyway, so the answer is no.

Fat tissue, on the other had, does contain some carbohydrates.

Saturated fat is a group of several different saturated fatty acids. Some has been shown to increase LDL while others have been shown to increase LDL but to a lesser degree than the raise in HDL.

High levels of LDL has been associated with coronary heart disease. But, high levels of HDL is more associated with better cardiovascular health than low levels of LDL.

Saturated fatty acids are also more stable than poly- and monounsaturated fatty acids. This makes them better to cook with for example.

All carbohydrates will be converted into glucose, with the exception of fructose and galactose which can be absorbed as they are. There is nothing to show that carbohydrates are harmful if consumed in a diet which meets micro- and makronutrient needs, and energy intake isn't too high.

To decide which nutrient is "worse", the definition of "worse" must be clarified. The word "worst" is a word based on opinion and opinions has nothing to do with nutrition and fact.
