Is sweet inlow good for me or not.
This is MY opinion. There is a LOT of research going on about the effects of splenda. Splenda makes people want more sugar. Don't you believe that the real thing is better than the fake? Instead of using splenda .. just use regular sugar. If you don't want calories then just eat healthy and exercise. ( eat protein, vegetables, fruit, etc ) Until there is a clear answer from research ... I believe splenda should be a NO for children. Kids don't need to worry about there weight. But if they ARE over-weight then as a parent it is your responsibility to feed them good foods and have fun while staying healthy. * Again, this is MY opinion.
Splenda is an artificial sweetener.
No Splenda is not a reducing sugar.
Splenda was created in 1999.
Splenda can be substituted for sugar anytime. Put in the same amount of splenda that the recipe calls for sugar. Example: If the recipe calls for 1 cup of sugar and you want to use splenda just use one cup of splenda instead of the sugar. Happy cooking!
