Each part of this question is wrong.
The US Federal Reserve is not owned by Jews, neither monetarily as it is part of the US Government nor indirectly as it is directly overseen by the President of the United States who has never been Jewish nor is there a cabal of Jews that could own it on behalf of "the Jews".
The Jewish community does not control Americans. Americans all have free will; most of them use it in rather silly ways. The Jewish community, typically, minds its own business. The only exception is that they voice their political opinions with the same strength as every other group.
The Federal Reserve does not control Americans; it primarily sets the rate at which money is exchanged in the marketplace and the amount of money in the marketplace. If Americans choose to be influenced exclusively by money, that is their prerogative, but there are many ways to live a life in the USA.
