16 inch. any bigger it will screw up your axles really bad
Bad Starter....
each has good and bad points,
Not bad if you can just keep the spark plugs from blowing out.
yep bad starters but a lot of the trouble is caused by the two part flywheel which has anti shock springs in it if they are gone it will eat starters but worse can damage the gearbox too the best cure if this is the case ford still sell the old type solid flywheel for the new vans and this cures the problem just google flywheel transit and you will find a lot of sites with unhappy ford transit customers but other than that they don't give much other trouble
shake it. if it moves its bad. good luck. i can find about 9 different bearings but have no clue which one it is. im about to change mine at 260,000. love my ford
Loose or corroded battery cables? Seized engine? Bad starter solenoid? Bad starter? Bad neutral or clutch safety switch?
Most likely it is the head gasket bad. If the exhaust has a sweet smell to it, that is anti freeze getting into the cylinder. It slows down because 1 or 2 of the cylinders are not firing.
most grinding noises that come from turning is usually a cv axle that needs to be replaced. Can also be a bad wheel bearing. If you hear the grinding when turning to the right then the left front wheel bearing is bad.
if the 1995 ford contour is not running (transmission or engine is bad )a good price for it is $ 75 and they have to come to you and pick up the car.
Yes, Ford Motor Company builds a good car as all modern manufactures do. There are no bad cars today. Of course any manufacture can make mistakes and build a car with a defect.
