Is the Star of David bad?

Not to Jews and Israel. Why would it be bad? The inverted 5-pointed Star is considered a symbol used in Satanic rituals. But the Star of David is a 6-pointed star.

A little more...The general consensus on the original meanings of the Star of David were two fire symbols (triangles) interlocked, held in control. It's a sign of controlled and careful thought, power not used indiscriminately etc. Hardly a bad thing. Later, it became something of a symbol of Judaism -- again, nothing wrong with that.

I should add that pentagrams are also religious symbols (not in Judaism) and are not all "evil" or "bad" at all -- even the inverted ones. Pentagrams are generally associated -- again -- with power: the invocation thereof, control thereof, its safety precautions, etc. They also appear in some Christian sects, most notably the Amish and Pennsylvania Deutsch (Dutch is a misnomer).

As to Satanism, it's a religious creed that gets a lot more press than it's numbers would suggest. After the death of Anton Szandor LaVay -- the self-proclaimed center or leader of the church of Satan, circa 1960's-1970's, Satanism remains without a leader, without agreed-upon dogma or theology, and without a lot of participants.

I would not say the inverse star is a Satanic symbol any more than I'd say a circle is a symbol solely associated with alchemy.
