I don't know if there is a relay for the fuel pump, let alone where it would be located, but if you're having a problem with the fuel system one thing you may wish to check is the fuel pump itself. Inside the fuel tank, there is a little rubber hose that connects the fuel pump to the metal outlet tube and they can go bad. If this hose goes bad, the engine acts as if the fuel pump isn't working. You would have to drop the fuel tank to check it, but if you don't get any other answers to your question, this may be a good place for you to start.
The fuse relay is behind the fuse block left side of Dash - plugged in behind the fuse panel ALSO CHECK FUSE IN FUSE BOX.

on mine is screwed into the radiator about half way down on the right hand side when in front of the car has two wires coming out of it. If you're having overheating problems it could be the thermostat. Mine went out about 3 months ago and i replaced that relay first aswell made no difference, hope that helps
