There is no point and rebuilding that oil pump....
First, you need to think about how many miles the engine has on it....
That oil pump, will cost you a nice chunk of change in labor just to remove it in the first place, imagin how much more it is going to cost you if someone then, has to
a. find the parts for that one specific pump
b. replace what is wrong with the pump, which could be many things...and when they find out what went wrong, they are then going to have to replace that one piece.
It would be worth your money to just replace it.

Remove the oil pan. The oil pump will be visible. Remove the oil pump pickup to. Remove the oil pump retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new oil pump.

There is no oil pump fuse, the oil pump is driven directly off of the crankshaft. Even if there was an oil pump fuse, you wouldn't want to pull it out.
