The oil filter location on a Ford 5.4L Triton engine is on the drivers side front part of engine. Best way to reach it is to be underneath the front of the vehicle next to the side of the radiator you'll see a plastic half round channel (excess oil flow channel from filter) This location is on a 2004-2010 F-150 5.4L Triton engine.
