i believe there is not. i just got a mail from a woman claiming she is from Libya and one Doctor Raphael Brown allowed her internet use. This woman claims that she has lots of money. her mail to me: Assalamu"alaikum,

I appreciate your mail and I am very greatful for the compliments and motivations, the intense of your mail is so pleasing to me and i appreciate you for your concern and good heart. I am sincerely amazed and very greatful to know You and greatful to almighty Allah who made it possible. I hope this mail finds You in good health and perfect condition. How are you and how also is your job and family Right now as i am writing this mail to you something in me tells me that the time for me to wear a smile has come . I see you as a guardian , a savior , a friend , a good Samaritan whom God will use to wipe away my tears, Your age is not an issue to as i believe in the world that say age is just a number so what matters to me now is honesty and sincere heart .

My dear as i told you in my last mail that i lost my family in the war that broke out in my country Libya. I reside in the United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR) in Grand Yoff, Dakar-Senegal, as a result of the civil war that was fought in my country . I did not have any other person that could be able to help me out , as my only surviving Uncle is after My life because of the legacy i inherited from my parents.

It seems i am being to fast as we have just known, but I am telling You this because I found confidence in You because life here in the camp is so difficult as we do not have good drinking water and we hardily feed also. I have come to trust you because i feel you are matured enough to take care of me, my inheritance and also for the deep feelings i developed for you after going through your mail.

I am hoping to read your mail that you will always be there for me. That you will still Love and Desire Me, That you will never betray me, That you will not take advantage of me and will not deceive me, I promise to love you the best i can.
