Yes. In Ezekiel 37, there is a valley of dry bones which God commands Ezekiel to prophesy to, and first the bodies are regenerated, and then God commands that life be breathed into them. In verse 10 it says "So I prophesied as he commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they lived, and stood up upon their feet, an exceeding great army."
