Yes,on the Prerunner SR5 and the 4 wheel drive SR5 model
The aux-in port is actually located near the bottom of the inside of the center console. It is somewhat hard to notice but there should be a flap over it labeled "AUX" or something to that affect.
The 4 Cylinder models don't come with this upgraded radio, unless you ordered the cd changer.
