There is only one code,and it is for Nintendogs Dalmation and Friends. The code is: 021AC008 00000BB8 021AC908 00000BB8. (Note: It turns the bottom-right dog 'small' like you see in 'puppy' videios.} ASAP,save the game and take the A.R out,and it still be small. (If you continue to play with this code,it will freeze.)
