There are numerous class actions against BofA. When you say "regarding investments," do you mean an investment in BofA itself? If so, BofA shareholders filed a class action against the company for its purchase of Merrill Lynch. Recently some institutional investors and lawyers were appointed to represent all BofA shareholders. Check out the related link where I have attached an order from the court. I highlighted the law firms who were appointed by the court to lead the case. Just Google them and you can find their contact information for any specific questions you have about the case. If you are asking about a class action against BofA for the handling of a customer's investments, that's an entirely different situation.
