Apple produced a mouse which was "buttonless" in that it didnt have the two (one) button on the top. In actuality the whole top of the mouse was a button & it was clicked by pressing down on the mouse.

This arrangement was very counter-intuitive and difficult to use. Dragging and dropping was nearly impossible to do with any accuracy and most users immediately replaced the mouse with a more traditional one.
