There is no reset switch for a fuel pump. Sorry. The fuel pump is located in the gas tank. Lay down by the fuel tank and have someone turn the key on in the van(do not try and start it) you should be able to hear it run. If not then you have to have the fuel pump replaced. If you're stuck in the middle of nowhere with a dead fuel pump (and you have a helper), try whacking on the bottom of the tank with something while cranking. An almost dead pump that's not quite dead will sometimes kick back to life to get you home or to a shop.
