no.There is no fuse just fuseable links and relays.i am dealing with that right now i cut out the fusable links,replaced the relay,tested for voltage at the fuel pump.oh yah i dont know where you are but good luck finding the relay.I had to call everywhere and took two days to finally locate one.then another day to find someone whose wharehouse would ship it.so have fun.

Could be a dirty fuel filter or a faulty fuel pump or the fuel tank is empty.

I believe it is on the drivers side behind the fuse box. I am dealing with this myself. It has 3 prongs and there is a relay switch beside it. My fusible link gets hot.
Mine is located on the inboard side of the right side "beam" underneath the car just forward of the fuel tank.
