i have a 99 Ford Ranger XLT. my code scanner connector is not working,is there a fuse for it
It is immediately under dash near steering column.
That would be a OBD II system. You need a code scanner to read the codes.
Drivers side, under the steering wheel, under the dash. It has no cover.
Diagnostic plug. Diagnostic connector. Data link connector.
Fuse # 3 is a 20 amp fuse for the OBD II scan tool connector and the cigarette lighter
the scanner/code reader needs to be plugged in the obd2 connector to get power if you don't plug it in how can the tool work
2005 ranger code 32 reset
The code reader test connector, on your Ford E2 50, is located beneath the dashboard on the drivers side. The connector is on the left side of the steering column.
It is a diagnostic connector and it is located on the driver (LEFT) side near the battery
What is PO 306 in my 2002 Ford Ranger V6 3.0L
Code P0304 on 2000 Ford Ranger is: Misfire at cylinder 4 detected. May be cause by a bad spark plug.
No obd2 requires a code reader or scanner.
