No, there is not, but it is really not a good idea, and I would advise against it. You are to young to go out with someone older than you, and should stick to people your own age. I bet your parents don't know? If they are older, they may pressure you into things you do not want to do. Please, please, please don't do it! I hope it ends up OK.
