In North America fuse sizes are not colour coded. Manufactures have all sorts of colours and advertising on their own particular brand of fuses. What is common is the type and fuse trip size, this number is on all manufactured fuses along with the maximum voltage that the fuse can be subjected to.

It is fuse number 70, a 15 amp (blue) fuse found in the fuse box under the hood on the driver's side.
To see the number of the fuses you can either consult your manual or it's posted inside the cover when you open the fuse boxes.
Under the hood and in the fuse box to the passenger side near the fire wall and I think it is fuse 13 but it will tell you under the lid of the fuse box
