There were OVER a million draft dodgers (which is why they weren't all arrested...it was called "mass disobedience"), they all received a "mass" pardon. The best list is this:
1. If a man was draft age during the Vietnam War and he didn't serve in the US Military, then...
2. He was either a CO
3. Peace Corps
4. College Student
5. Medically physically unfit, or mentally unfit to serve his country (4F classification)
6. Living in Canada or some other country (nation) to avoid serving his nation
If a man meets those above criteria(s)...then he "might" have been a draft dodger...and he received a pardon.

An estimated 351,794 individuals received the Purple Heart during the Vietnam War and no comprehensive list exists.
Because of the large number of the Bronze Star Medal awarded, no single list exists
The Vietnam Veteran's Memorial Wall is the list.
A list of deceased Vietnam War veterans in the US can be found on the Vietnam Veteran's memorial. You can also find this type of list by contacting the VA in your area.

in 1977 Um, no. You might find this page helpful: http://www.sss.gov/induct.htm. On this page is a list of the number of conscripted, or drafted, inductees by year. As you'll see, men were drafted every year from 1940, when the SSS was formed, to 1973 (with the exception of 1947), when the draft was ended. how is this possible? wasnt the Vietnam War ended by 1975?
