Whole-wheat flour for half of the called-for all-purpose flour in baked goods
Note: Whole-wheat pastry flour is less dense and works well in softer products like cakes and muffins.

There are many low calorie sweetners that can be used as a substitute. The problem is at the moment most of these have some sort of link to cancer due to their artificial ingredients.
One weakness for Nestle is diets. Many people are trying to get healthy, but Nestle doesn't have a low fat, low calorie or low carbohydrate substitute.
