Definitely the 3GS. It has a 3MP camera opposed to a 1.7MP camera on the 4th gen iPod Touch. The two upsides of the iPod Touch is that you have a front-facing camera and pictures look clearer on the iPod becuase it has a retina display, but if you sent a picture taken on the 3GS to the iPod Touch, it will look much better.
The LG Pop (GD510) is a mid-price touch screen phone. For the price it is quite good and is packed with fun features, a 3mp camera and music player. The only real downside is that it does not come with a stylus, or even a stylus slot, and texting can be difficult. Overall I would rate it 7/10 :) Perhaps if you don't like this one, try the LG Viewty Snap - it is a bit more expensive but definitely better value!
