Is there a new law that allows military personnel to return a vehicle to a dealer without any penalties?

Military repo questions are best answwered by the CO or XO of your unit. Why?? They are usually up to date on ALL the options available to protect themembers of their unit. IF they don't know, they will refer you to someone who does. IMHO, NO. that's almost too much candy for a bay to eat.
