Make sure that it is a zit that is white and it is surfacing. If it is infected then treat it with extra care. First, take rubbing alchohol on a soft cloth and disinfect the zit. Then pour some rubbing alchohol on a tissue and gently squeeze the pimple. After the white stuff comes out, immediatly clean with more rubbing alchohol then dab some facemask on it. DO NOT use other subsitutes such as peanut butter or toothpaste. When you just popped a zit, you need to use something SPECIFICALLY for the pimple. Wait a few hours then take off the mask to see if the pimple is better. If worse, consult a dermatologist.
