A carrot is a taproot, which grows underground and therefore it is usually considered a vegetable. According to most definitions, a vegetable is usually any edible plant part other than a sweet fruit or seed. The definitions are very confusing both in botanics and the culinary world!
just think about it for a second- "is a carrot healthier than cadbury chocolate"
it rises the same amount or a little less than a normal cake :)
No, your citrus juices such as orange, grapefruit, lemon, lime will contain more Vitamin C, than many vegetable juices such as carrot or other vegetable juices. Tomato juice has more than most other vegetables, and is a good choice.
Yes, because spreading out the carrot cake increases the surface area. The cake is hotter than the surrounding air. If the cake has a larger surface area, that means that more of it is touching the cooler air so the cake will then cool down faster.

Absolutely! Walnut oil adds a delicious nutty quality to baked goods while maintaining moisture. It is especially great in coffee cake and carrot cake batters that already pair fantastically with nuts. Plus it is a much healthier choice than vegetable oil. The one consideration to keep in mind is that walnut oil is a little more delicate than vegetable oil, so I wouldn't recommend baking above 375 degrees F.
if you mean the food recipe than it is: carrot cake coconut pink lemonade

No. A fruit is considered to be a plant part that contains seeds. A carrot is, of course, the red, orange, or yellow root of a carrot plant. As far as this answerer knows, the seed pods (fruits) of the carrot are not used for food.
