Yes, there are some battery chargers that plug into the cigarette lighter - but personally I think these are all pretty silly gimick type products. You have to keep them charged at all times if you ever expect it to help you out in the rare event that your car battery dies. 9 times out of 10 the people that own these things will either never use them or when they try to use them they will not have enough power in them to help. If your car battery is dying, replace it, you will be good to go for at least 4-5 years. Stick some jumper cables in your trunk, if your battery ever goes dead, someone can jump you in a few minutes.
