you don't have to reduce processor speed. If you're running an older game that doesn't want to run right on XP, right click the desktop icon, go to compatability mode, tinker around in there. If the problem you're having is a video issue, try getting the latest drivers for your card.
the standard computer model is not complete without a motherboard processor
A heatsink and fan is required. Without at least a heatsink, the processor would get way too hot in a very short period of time. This overheating of the processor could permanently damage it and render it useless.
Usually, a computer is sold with the minimum amount of Random Access Memory installed for the computer to work properly. Increasing the amount of memory will usually result in much faster processing. If that is not sufficient, it may be possible to overclock the processor, but that is extremely dangerous, and can result in the processor burning up. Do not attempt this without skilled assistance.
You can run it until the processor overheats and shuts down which will not take long. Eventually the processor ECU will fail due to overheating and you will be replacing it.
without the CPU a computer would not be able to process any data. a CPU is the logical part of the computer which actually performs the calculation which is actually done in the ALU (arithmetic logic unit) part of the processor.
A processor is the thinking mechanism of the computer. While a Hard Drive/Disk holds the data of a computer, the processor is what 'thinks' and determines how to run whatever files are on your computer, as well as keeps them updated. Basically, if you have no processor, your computer will sit with a load of data and take no commands, do no thinking or display information. in simpler words it is the heart of the mahine without it you can't do anything.
The processor is considered the "brain" of a computer. Without it the computer will not be able to boot up windows. The processor is the central focus of the computer. It has three main tasks: 1. Receiving input (including memory access) 2. Giving ouput (including memory access) 3. And performing mathematical and logical calculations
it is basically impossible. the engine computer reads a code from your key and then determines if the proper key is in the ignition. without receiving this code, the engine computer is permanently inoperable.
A computer technician is someone who fixes your computer. For example, when it crashes, he is the person that removes any corrupted files affecting your computer and makes sure that it is running without defect.
Good computers depends on hardware components with good maintenance. If you have new processor (example: Intel Core2Duo Processor) with more than 1 GB ram, then you have good computer. Because this computer perform very well for all programs (without Slowing down).
How do 'I' know if 'your' computer has core2duo? I could not possibly know without having the computer in front of me. But, How do 'I' know if 'my' computer has core2duo? In the Control Panel Folder, I would double-click the System Icon and open the Tab marked General. In plain view, the Processor's Manufacturer, Model, Type and Speed will be listed.
Intel's new Core i3, i5, and i7 processors combine a graphics processor with the computer's main processor chip. This results in better video performance without an additional graphics card.
